Tuesday, August 23rd, 2005Defend the White House Sep. 24th
Tuesday, August 23rd, 2005The communists and peaceniks will be descending upon DC Sep. 24th. As the new leader of the DC chapter of Protest Warrior, I am helping to organize our resistance.

Joan Baez is an Idiot–And still spouting leftist propaganda
Monday, August 22nd, 2005“I think Cindy [Sheehan] and the women have impeccable credentials — no matter how hard people try to slander and assassinate their personalities, it is impeccable credentials,” Baez said. “I think they simply can’t be not listened to.”
What? One can almost see Joan’s pot smoke “blowin in the wind.”
Protest Warrior Confronts Hippies in San Diego
Saturday, August 20th, 2005This story was written about the “Occupation of Balboa Park” in San Diego in 2005. I actually have some great film from this protest.
The local chapter of Protest Warrior was there to greet ANSWER and United for Peace and Justice. Things turned out to be pretty ugly. Again, GREAT fun.
Past Activism: Students for American Values
Saturday, August 20th, 2005I thought I would post a few old stories from my days at UT-Austin, since some of my friends were inquiring about my past activism. Here is one of my favorite events. UT President Faulkner proposed an egregious speech code for our school, so one of my student groups, “Students for American Values”, showed up in opposition. We shredded copies of the “honor code” and debated a few leftists. GREAT fun.
Tell Rick Perry to sign our Telecom Bill!
Wednesday, August 17th, 2005Hey guys, help me out by sending a letter to Governor Perry. We are trying to open up the cable market by reforming local franchise laws that prevent companies like Verizon or Sw Bell from entering the cable market. We already have this bill on Perry’s desk. All he needs to do is take out his quill and add his John Hancock.

Monday, August 15th, 20051st Week in DC
Thursday, August 4th, 2005Well, my first week in DC went great. Putting in long hours but I am really enjoying the city. Biggest difference between San Diego and DC? People here walk MUCH faster. This is a city on the run. Lots of action taking place. Sometimes that’s good, and sometimes that’s bad.
My new place is working out well. Pretty close to the Metro Station, and the buses serve to get me from my apartment to the Metro. Not a bad commute at all.
I am planning to hit four cities in three important states this fall really hard: Columbus, Pittsburgh, Philly and Charleston, WV. Freedom Works wants to build its membership out there. I can’t wait to hit the road for the first time. Should be exciting!
