Support National Right-To-Carry Reciprocity Bill

Sunday, February 26th, 2006

U.S. Representative Cliff Stearns (R-Fla.) recently introduced H.R. 4547-a national Right-to-Carry (RTC) reciprocity bill that would honor state carry licensees nationwide.

The bill would allow any person with a valid carry permit or license issued by a state to carry a concealed firearm in any other state if they meet certain criteria.

The bill would not create a federal licensing system; it would simply require the states to recognize each other’s carry permits, just as they recognize drivers’ licenses.

For more information on the bill, please visit this website.

Please be sure to contact your U.S. Representative at (202) 225-3121, and urge him or her to cosponsor and support H.R. 4547!

Hans Zeiger and Reagan’s Children

Hans Zeiger has a great column here about Reagan’s Children.

Reagan’s Children Blog will be a central portal on the blogosphere for the
conservative vanguard of the rising generation. We will wage a conversation
about the future. Young conservative writers like Ben Shapiro, Ryan Walsh,
Brendan Steinhauser, Patrick Bell, and Christian Hartsock will contribute their
unique perspectives on the generation to answer the question: “Where are we
going?”

My trip out to Indiana went great last week. We held a grassroots seminar and then lobbied the House to pass SB 245 out of committee.

Poetic Justice, update

Wednesday, February 1st, 2006

I will be travelling to New Hampshire March 14th to assist Logan Clements and his “Lost Liberty Hotel Project.”

The people of Weare, NH will have the ability to vote on whether to use eminent domain to take Justice David Souter’s (who voted to take Kelo’s home) property and replace it with a hotel, museum and restaurant celebrating property rights and the Constitution.

A brilliant idea.

You can read more about it here.
